Certificate for participation in gasoil purchase tenders
The Lebanon Oil Installations wishes to grant all eligible applicants for gasoil purchase tenders a “certificate for participation” as the only administrative document needed for participation in gasoil purchase tender for local market use, along with the letter of application, the bid bond and the receipt for payment of tender book price.
This certificate is given to the company that submits to the administration all the documents and certificates that are usually included in the current tender book. This certificate shall be deemed valid till the expiry date of any document or certificate submitted by the bidder, especially for the certificates of discharge expiry dates.
This procedure is established with the intention of alleviate the tender committee duties and to allow the bidders to rectify any minor imperfection in its documents prior to bidding date.
